First projects
Creation of personalized metal packaging for CDs, DVDs & CD-Roms.
2004
Larger orders
First larger orders are realized as special production in Asia. This was the beginning of an exciting journey.
2007
Dosenspezialist GmbH
In order to do justice to our growing vision and our increasing customer base, the company was transformed into Dosenspezialist GmbH.
Nov 2007
Office in Asia
We opened an office in Asia to ensure local production and quality control. This was a significant step in our global presence.
ab 2009
FIRst catalogue
Our first catalogue with our own stock range was published. At the same time, we expanded our special production in Asia.
2009
Finishing in Germany
We started finishing small runs in Germany and developed our own products.
Brand name DOSEPLUS
Since 2009, DOSEPLUS has stood for quality and innovation in the world of tin packaging. Our name, born from the idea of a ‘plus’ in every tin, symbolises our commitment to added value and excellent service. Although we as Dosenspezialist GmbH have not been able to protect our trademark and a competitor uses similar names, our identity remains as strong as ever. We, Dosenspezialist GmbH, are proud to operate under the brand name DOSEPLUS – a name that stands for trust, expertise and that “extra something”. 2010
Shenzhen location
Another important step was the opening of our office in Shenzhen to consolidate our activities in Asia.

We established permanent contacts in Asia to provide our customers with even better support.

In-house production
Production is carried out in-house in Querfurt. Cooperation with various subcontractors is terminated.
2018
new Headquarters
By moving into new offices in the center of Gotha and setting up a showroom, we were able to strengthen our local presence and be closer to our customers.
Dirk Kollmar Award
In 2018, our company was honoured with the prestigious Dirk Kollmar Award in Gotha, a highly recognition from the trade association for our exceptional commitment to the region. This award reflects our endeavour to shine not only as an employer, but also as a responsible contributor to the local economy and community. New logistics center
Another highlight was the opening of our new production, warehouse and logistics center in Querfurt. This enabled us to further optimize our production and shorten delivery times.
